On Friday, June 26 at 2pm residents of Aberchirder are being asked to join in a doorstep clap to celebrate school pupils, whose term comes to an end.
A spokeswoman for the school said: "This is for all our amazing pupils as well as their parents/carers for their support during this year.
"We hope you can join us.
"In addition to this, the nursery children that are transitioning in to primary 1 will have their graduation at the same time and they have all been encouraged to get their party clothes on and at 2pm play the song ‘You got a friend in me’ and get dancing and clapping.
"They have received some goodies from nursery that enabled them to make their own graduation caps for the event."
