The Moray Business Showcase on Wednesday, June 7 was hosted by Moray Chamber of Commerce.

And it's chief executive officer, Sarah Medcraf, has been delighted by the feedback from the event at Moray Sports Centre.

She said: "We ran the business showcase because of a membership survey last year where businesses were asking for an opportunity to have a business to business exhibition.

"For a first event we were really pleased to have 50 businesses exhibiting, We also ran workshops as well."

Mrs Medcraf said a lot of networking was carried out a number of business deals completed on the day.

Although exact numbers were not recorded, she was pleased with the turnout from the public during the day.

"Moray Sports Centre was an incredible venue and they did a great job for us," she added.

Feedback from the businesses has been positive and it is planned to hold a similar event next year.
