Following on from SSEN Transmission's public events across the Blackhillock to New Deer and Peterhead project route at the end of February and start of March, the public feedback period is now open for both the proposed new substation in-between New Deer and Cuminestown "New Deer 2" as well as the proposed overhead power lines.

This is the public’s opportunity to give further feedback on the proposals that will bring a new transmission line that will cut across the area and add further sub-station sites on the route.

New Deer 2 400kV Substation feedback period is now open until April 11.

Beauly to Blackhillock to New Deer to Peterhead Overhead power line feedback period is now open until May 17
