Ellon based company claims top honours at Prestige Awards

AN Aberdeenshire based business has claimed top honours at the Prestige Awards 2022/23.
Body Logic Therapies, which has clinics in Ellon and Peterhead, has been awarded Sports Massage Specialist of the Year.
Their massage training company, Grampian School of Massage, also won Massage Course Provider of the Year at the awards.
Lori Smith, Clinical Director of Body Logic Therapies and Principal of Grampian School, said: "I am truly humbled and honoured to win these awards. Having received a call from Prestige Awards back in March notifying us that we had been nominated, to then winning that category, has been
amazing.
"From starting out as a mobile massage therapist in 2014 to building up the portfolio of therapies and treatments to care for people, we now have a multi-disciplined team of specialists operating from two clinics.
"When then took over the running of the Aberdeen school from Scottish Massage Schools and became Grampian School of Massage in 2019.
"This journey has been inspirational and fulfilling with an amazing team beside me.
"Winning this award is testament to both teams working together to ensure we give all our clients the best care we can and give our students the knowledge, skill sets and confidence to become amazing Massage Therapists."
Body Logic have therapists trained in remedial, sports massage, advanced remedial massage, reflexology, hypnotherapy, Dietics and complementary therapies.
Grampian School of Massage run Diploma courses to train adults to become qualified Massage Therapists and then further Diploma courses and workshops to gain further qualifications and skills within the industry.
