Easter event for youngsters to be held at Banff Library

Banff Library will host an Easter create and discover event for youngsters.

It will feature story time, crafts and an egg hunt to keep children entertained.

The session will take place on Saturday, April 6 from 10am to 11am.

To book a space visit the Live Life Aberdeenshire Libraries website.

A Live Life Aberdeenshire Libraries spokesman said: "This Easter holidays, we are inviting children aged 5-12 years to our libraries for some fantastic fun activities.

"Please book one space per child. All children under eight must be accompanied by an adult.

"If you can no longer attend, please cancel your space to allow another child the opportunity.

"We may accept walk-ins, although this might be limited due to space and materials available."
