Drivers face lengthy diversion during repairs on the B9170 at Meldrum House

The B9170 between the Meldrum House roundabout and Meldrum House Golf Club entrance is now closed till Friday to allow for emergency pothole repairs and drainage investigations to be carried out by Aberdeenshire Council.

A signed diversion will be via B9170 (Methlick), B999 (Aberdeen), A920 (Oldmeldrum), A947 (Oldmeldrum) and vice versa.

Drivers are also advised that the Balgove turning to the north off the A947 is also closed at present and is not a viable alternative to the signed route.
