The events will take place in their community hub Square Deal, and the Brander Garden, on Saturday, September 2.

A centrepiece of the day will be an open screen-printing studio with artist-in-residence Petra Pennington.

Ms Pennington will develop and print designs throughout the day.

There will also be a chance to get inspired to draw and paint your own designs – supported by artist Robyn Benson.

Alongside this, a schedule featuring talks, workshops and demonstrations will take place in the Brander Garden, behind the library.

A Deveron Projects spokesperson said: "Whether it’s a demonstration of traditional scything methods, an all day garden cafe where you can pick and make your own herbal tea blends, and practical composting and seed saving workshops, there’s something for everyone to try!"
