Den Dasher and Tinsel Trot go virtual

As with everything else in 2020, The Den Dasher which normally takes place at the Haughs in Turriff is now being held as a virtual event.
Potential participants have from midnight on November 29 to midnight on Sunday, December 6 to run their own virtual race.
All evidence of results must be emailed by Tuesday, December 8.
There is a £10 entry fee, all finishers will receive a Christmas themed medal posted to them after submitting race times.
Please ensure you run in line with any and all local regultaions.

The Tinsel Trot - 1K Kids fun run is for anyone under the age of 14.
They can sign up this year for the Virtual Tinsel Trot which has a £5 entry fee and as with the 5K - participants should submit a result for the 1KM run in the qualifying time period above by Tuesday, December 8.
Spot prizes for best fancy dress in all events will also be posted if you submit a picture along with your race result.
As we will not have race costs to cover, any profits after costs will be donate to a local charity
