Huntly 2020 Room to Run off to a flying start

Sales of tickets for the sixth Room to run on September 5 have exceeded all previous events.

The 2020 event on September 5, looks set to be the biggest and best yet - Within 24 hours of ticket sales launching, third had been sold.

The half marathon added for the first time continues and there are 10k and 5k routes as well as races for kids.

All the runs start in the town centre and head past Huntly's historic castle and off into the countryside.

The half marathon and 10k take runners on a mixture of forest and road trails.

The finish line is back in The Square where Huntly Hairst, the town's renowned food festival will be in full swing offering a vast selection of tempting snacks.
