Coronavirus update: NHS Grampian records 115 new cases in 24 hours
In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 1034 positive cases of coronavirus which equates to 5.4 per cent of those tested overall.
Amongst these newly reported cases NHS Greater Glasgow recorded 279 cases and NHS Lothian 164 cases.
NHS Grampian saw 115 new cases while NHS Highland recorded 54 new cases.
In the seven days to July 29 there were 214 new cases in Aberdeenshire (82.1 per 100,000), 320 in Aberdeen City (139.7 per 100,000) and in Moray 91 (95.1 per 100,000).
Many of Aberdeenshire's cases are focussed in the Fraserburgh area, although cases have been recorded across the county.
Three new deaths have been recorded in Scotland with Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
To date in Scotland more than 4,011,060 people have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccination and over 3,197,899 people have received their second dose.
