Coronavirus update: National cases continue to fall

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 132 positive cases of Covid-19 which equates to 1.5 per cent of those tested overall.

No new deaths were recorded due to Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

NHS Grampian saw 22 cases and NHS Highland saw four in the last day of testing.

To date in Scotland over 2,817,752 people have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination and over 1,297,664 people have received their second dose.

Area specific date will not be available till Tuesday until after the bank holiday.
