Coronavirus update: Increase in cases in NHS Grampian

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 844 positive cases which equates to 5.4 per cent of those tested overall.

NHS Greater Glasgow saw 309 cases, Lanarkshire 181 , Lothian 119 and Ayrshire 46 with the remaining cases across Scotland.

NHS Grampian saw 48 cases while NHS Highland saw a further five cases.

In the seven days to November 19 there were 171 cases in Aberdeenshire (65.5 per 100,000) and 125 in Aberdeen City (54.7 per 100,000) .

A total of seven deaths were also recorded in Scotland with Covid-19 as a contributing factor in the last 24 hours.
