Coronavirus update: Decrease in daily positive cases continues

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 5301 positive cases of coronavirus from PCR and LFD testing (5601 yesterday).

Area figures are not available over the weekend.

No new deaths were recorded with Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

To date in Scotland more than 4,427,052 people have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccination and over 4,142,683 people have received their second dose with 3,349,054 having had a third or booster dose.

This is the last weekend Public Health Scotland will report updated daily data.

On Mondays, the update will include the latest daily data for that day, and also for Saturday and Sunday.
