Coronavirus update: Daily case falls level off

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 3976 positive cases of coronavirus recorded from PCR and LFD testing.
NHS Glasgow recorded 863 combined tests and NHS Lothian 754.
NHS Grampian saw 381 while NHS Highland recorded 227 positive tests in total.
45 new deaths recorded with Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
In the seven days to April 17, Aberdeenshire saw 1445 positive tests (554.1 per 100,000), Aberdeen City 1077 (470.2 per 100,000) and Moray 499 (521.4 per 100,000).
To date in Scotland more than 4,382,832 people have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccination, over 4,102,945 people have received their second dose, 3,467,285 have had a third booster dose and 267,077 have had a fourth dose.
