Coronavirus update: 13 new cases in Grampian

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 204 positive cases which equates to 1.4 per cent of those tested overall.

NHS Greater Glasgow saw 77 cases and NHS Lanarkshire 45 cases with the remaining cases spread across Scotland.

NHS Grampian reported 13 new cases while NHS Highland recorded a further six cases.

In the seven days to April 13 there were 38 new cases in Aberdeenshire (14.5 per 100,000), 67 in Aberdeen City (29.3 per 100,000) and 44 in Moray (45.9 per 100,000).

Sadly three deaths were recorded in Scotland with Covid-19 confirmed in the last 24 hours.

To date over 2,722,000 people (59.9 percent of Scotland's over 16 population) have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination and over 688,000 people (15.2 percent of Scotland's over 16 population) have received their second dose.
