Aberdeen Roads Limited (ARL), on behalf of Transport Scotland and the Contracting Authority for the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route/Balmedie-Tipperty trunk road, is carrying out a review and consultation on the possible closure of the A90 central reservation within the Tipperty area at the following junction locations:
• Major / Minor Priority Junction at Tipperty Industrial Centre/Estate.
• Tarsets / Tipperty Village (Logie Road) junction.
• Major / Minor Priority junction leading to Logie Farm.
As part of this process, ARL is undertaking a consultation exercise with residents, community councils, elected officials and users of the junctions to gauge local opinion on the possible closure of the central reserve openings at these junctions.
All representations will be considered, along with the outcome of a safety review before any final decision is taken on the future of these central reservation crossings.
