A coffee morning organised by St Andrew's Parish Church in Turriff raised over £1400 for church funds.

As well as refreshments - including their ever popular milky coffee - and warmed mince pies, visitors could also support the cause with raffles, lucky squares, home bakes and bric a brac stalls.

The event enjoyed a fantastic turnout throughout the morning, and volunteers were kept busy serving and clearing tables to make space for the next queue of people.

This was the first coffee morning the church had held since 2019, after narrowly missing out on their Easter 2020 coffee morning due to the first nationwide lockdown.

It is hoped that the event can return to it's formerly biannual status in 2023.
