The Bailies of Bennachie, formed in 1973, encourage the enjoyment of Bennachie and each year run an photo contest for their fundraising calendar.

People have until Monday, April 6 to email their best photos of the beauty spot to publications@bailiesofbennachie.co.uk

Fiona Cormack, outreach officer for the Bailies, said: “In these difficult times we are all are finding new ways of doing things and we hope that people will enjoy looking at the photographs of the hill and choosing the best ones for the calendar.

“Thirty of the photographs that have been submitted will be put on our website and Facebook page and people will be able to vote for their favourites by emailing in votes or ‘liking’ certain photos.”

The photographs will be on display for votes between April 11 and 21, with the winning photos included in a calendar for next year.

It is hoped the photos will be displayed at the Bennachie Visitor’s Centre when it reopens.
