Colin Campbell, along with some top musical friends, is to bring The Moray Suite to the Tin Hut Sessions, at Gartly Community Hall, this Saturday, September 23, at 7.30pm.

The collection of tunes will be complemented by video, photos and drone footage of his local area's farming and fishing heritage.

The traditional topics are a running theme throughout the suite's music.

However, this is a concert with a twist.

A new piece of music written by Colin will be named by the winner of a raffle on the night.

A spokesperson for the Tin Hut Sessions said: "The Moray Suite is a collection of songs and tunes reflecting mainly farming and fishing in the Moray area over the years.

"Video footage photographs and drone footage, from bygone days right up to the present day, will be shown on a screen at the same time as the songs and tunes are being played."

A ticket for the event will cost £12, or £5 for under-15s, and are available cash only at Orb's Bookshop, by calling 01466 720234 or emailing chas@myticefarm.co.uk
