Call to restart community council

Nominations are being sought to fill 17 vacancies in order to re-establish Westhill and Elrick Community Council.

Forms must be returned by 4pm on Thursday, February 20 and a ballot will take place on Thursday, February 27 from noon until 8pm in Ashdale Hall, if nominees outnumber the roles available.

The community council’s annual general meeting is due to take place on Thursday, March 12 at 7pm in the Holiday Inn, Westhill.

Nomination forms are available locally in Westhill Library or in the Westhill Bulletin or by emailing garioch@aberdeenshire.gov.uk
