This year, the firefighters will take to the streets of Buckie, Findochty, and Portgordon from December 12 - 22, with a festively decorated fire engine and plenty of collection buckets.

Last year, the team raised an impressive £8060 as a result of the support from the community, with all money from the collection benefitting both local causes and the Firefighters' Charity.

The collection, which has become a staple of the community, is set to run in the evenings from 6:30pm.
