SATURDAY marked the annual return of the Buckie Christmas Kracker, with crowds coming out in their thousands to enjoy the festive celebration.
The event is in it's 13th year and visitors returned to their pre-covid numbers, with around 3000 people attending from as far as Thurso to enjoy the fancy dress parade, fireworks display and Santa's grotto – along with the town's Christmas lights switch on.
Kracker and Christmas Light's Chairman Adam Murray said: "It was great to get in the Christmas spirit and see crowds returning from far and wide this year.
"With the craft stalls, fancy dress and live entertainment, there's something for all ages and it was great to see everyone come together.
"A big thank you to everyone for coming out and making it such a good day."
