Banff hill walkers getting ready for festive trek

Banff Hill Walking Group will round off the year with its Christmas trek which will be in the Huntly area.

It will take place on Sunday, December 3 and will set off from near Greenmyres following a fairly new path made by Huntly Development Trust a few years ago, to Huntly passing the Bahill and finishing just outside the town.

There will be great views over the area from the Bahill.

The group will then travel to Keith Golf Club for its Christmas lunch.

The group's last walk was from Dava to Grantown, with some members starting at Lochindorb and some walked along the Dava Way, with all finishing at Grantown.
