Carols come alive with Turriff Silver Band

Turriff Silver Band entertained a crowd with a selection of Christmas medleys last week.

The audience hummed, toe-tapped, sang and even schunkeled along to a selection of popular festive tunes at the concert held in St Andrew's Parish Church to raise money for band funds.

A contingent from the band then assembled in Tesco Turriff later in the week to play some favourite songs, before ending their year performing at the Christmas eve carol service in St Ninian's And Forglen Parish Church.
