Crime within Moray: Arrest made after food bank break-in

A man has been arrested following the break-in over the weekend at the Moray food bank on Elgin High Street.

A police spokesperson said: "Following the recent appeal for information in relation to a break-in at Moray Food Plus in Elgin, we can update that a 54-year-old man has been arrested and charged.

"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

"Thanks to the public for sharing and commenting on the appeal."
