Anniversary celebration for the Kemnay Bargain Box

A JOINT Community coffee morning and Bargain Box celebrated a 12th anniversary birthday on Friday in Kemnay village hall.

After at wo year absence due to Covid restrictions both were happy to be back in business.

Friday's celebrations included a beautiful carrot cake ceated by one of the founders of the Bargain Box Vera Walker was shared, though the pretty candles had to be removed at the last minute following Covid rules.

The Bargain Box takes place in the Wainman room at Kemnay village hall on Friday mornings and is well-stocked with clothes, books, bric-a-brac, fabrics, fresh flowers, costume jewellery, CDs and much more.
