Angus Robertson is seeking to become the SNP's candidate ahead of fellow party member Joanna Cherry.

If successful, Mr Robertson will contest Edinburgh Central at next year's Holyrood elections.

The seat is currently held by Ruth Davidson, the former leader of the Scottish Conservatives, who won the vote in 2016. However she will not be standing again.
