It was an exceptionally busy Wednesday evening last week for the Light House Ladies group in Turriff when they held a Christmas wreath making evening.

For many who attended it was their first time making a wreath of their own, and the incorporation of decorations brought from personal collections led to spectacular results.

The Ladies usually meet on the third Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm, however due to the Christmas holidays their next evening - Festive Foodies And Fun - will be held on December 7 at 7.30pm, at Light House on Balmellie Street.

Admission is free and new ladies are always welcome.

A fundraising soup and sweet will take place in the Light House building this Saturday, December 3, between 12pm and 2pm.

For more information on upcoming events and goings on at Light House on Turriff you can check out Light House Youth or Light House Community Church on Facebook.
