Music in Grampian:- 80s retro concert coming to north east

You’ve made it through the wilderness, somehow you’ve made it through to 80s LIVE!

A live band are set to perform over two dozen chart-topping anthems from that decade.

Amongst the hits are iconic songs from Wham!, The Weather Girls, Culture Club, Rick Astley, Madonna, Duran Duran, Soft Cell, The Human League, A-Ha and Tears for Fears.

As part of a national tour 80s LIVE! is coming to the north east on Saturday, June 17 next year

Louise Stewart is the interim managing director at the P&J Live venue near Aberdeen.

She said: "We have our legwarmers at the ready. We’re sure the crowd will get behind this great show and celebrate an incredible era of music. Come dressed to impress as we take a step back in time."
