8 events to keep you entertained in Aberdeenshire
There's always lots going on in the north-east and this weekend is no exception everything from a postcard fair to a tin whistle festival.
MACDUFF - Alvah Gym Team are holding a family fun day on Saturday, March 2 at Macduff Bowling Club from 10am - 2pm.
Activities include stalls, bouncy castle, face painting, raffles, bottle stall and refreshments.
INVERURIE - Grampian Postcard Club annual postcard fair takes place at the Garioch Heritage Centre on Saturday 2 from 10am-4pm. You can browse, buy and get information on thousands of old postcards covering a wide range of subjects. There will also be stamps and postal history on offer along with local ephemera and history books. Entry is £1 with children free.
TURRIFF - Turriff Playgroup are holding their annual fund raising Coffee Morning this Saturday, 2 from 10am until 12pm in the Royal British Legion. Adults £3 Children £1.
HUNTLY - Huntly Marie Curie coffee morning takes place at the Stewarts Hall on Saturday 2 from 10am - 11.45am. Adults £3, under 12s free.
KEMNAY - Kemnay Bowling Club Race Night fundraiser takes place on Saturday 2 at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £5 from 07890 428596 or 01467 643574 and horses can be bought in advance at £5 each.
ELLON - Cinema at the Victoria Hall returns on Sunday 3 at 2pm with Migration (U). A family of ducks try to convince their overprotective father to go on the vacation of a lifetime.. Tickets from https://www.victoriahallellon.co.uk/cinema.
