The property, which scales approximately 390 acres and includes the sale of three residential properties, is the largest farm to be launched on the open market across the north-east of Scotland in 2024 so far.

Hatton Farm and Cromlabank is a mixed livestock and arable farm, situated in a renowned farming region adjoining the village of Hatton approximately 10 miles south-west of Peterhead. The farm is on the market as a whole for offers over £2,390,000 or in three separate lots.

Lot 1 comprises the sale of Hatton Farm, including a five-bedroom traditional farmhouse, an extensive range of farm buildings extending to 3,232sqm of thereby and land extending to 126.43Ha (312.41 acres).

Lot 2 includes the sale of Hatton Farm Cottage – a single-story semi-detached farm cottage situated o.2 miles from the village of Hatton and enjoys views over the Buchan countryside.

Lot 3 comprises the sale of Cromlabank, including Cromlabank Farmhouse – a one and a half storey 3-bedroom farmhouse located 1 mile from the village of Hatton and farm buildings comprising of traditional stone steadings and blockwork buildings. Farmland at Cromlabank contains 5 field parcels extending to 29.82Ha (74 acres) or thereby.
