ELLON - Gordon Park ELC fundraising team are proud to present afternoon tea with Santa! on Saturday 2, 12pm-2pm at the Victoria Hall. Come along and enjoy a fun filled afternoon.Tickets - £15 include-afternoon tea, a visit from Santa himself and of course a gift, mini disco + more. INVERURIE - A Christmas Adventure in Story and Craft, Saturday 2, 10am, 11.15am and 1:15pm, £7.50 per child Children must be accompanied (no cost for adults). Tickets from Garioch Heritage Centre

ABERDEEN - Inverurie Concert Band's Christmas Concert, Sunday 3, The Queen Elizabeth Theatre, International School of Aberdeen,3pm. Tickets £5 available from www.inveruricconcertband.co.uk.

TURRIFF - Turriff Running Club brings you the Den Dasher & Tinsel Trot fun runs raising funds for Turriff Foodbank and the Scottish Charity Air Ambulance. Registration at the Gateway Centre, race starts at the Den, Sunday 3, £5 entry fee - tinsel trot 1km-10.30am, £10 entry fee - den dasher 5km-11am, entries open via entry central now. All finishers will receive a Christmas themed medal, water and a banana.

ELLON - Ellon Men's Shed Open Day, Saturday 2, Hospital Road, Ellon, 11am - 3pm. Craft show and sale of tools, artwork and items made in the Shed, Model railway - come and be a train driver, Visit the workshops, social area, garden and CNC Router demonstrations at noon and 1.30pm.

KEMNAY - Snow White the panto at the Village Hall, Kemnay, Friday 1 and Saturday 2 at 7.30pm. Tickets: £10 (£5) Available from: Kemnay Farm Shop.

NEW BYTH - You are invited to the Christmas Coffee Morning on Saturday 2 from 10am to 11.30am, Santa, home raffles bakes. £3 adults £1 kids at New Byth village hall.

MINTLAW - Community Carol Singing, Sunday 3 at 3pm at Mintlaw Public Hall. Come and join in singing some well-known and well-loved Christmas carols led by the amazing Aurora Choir, then enjoy some mulled wine or a hot/cold drink and mince pies or shortbread afterwards. If you can manage, donations of tinned goods for the local Food Bank would be really appreciated.

NEWMCAHAR - Saturday 2 at The Axis Centre! - Christmas lights switch on and community fun. Doors open at 4pm, Santa arrives at 4.15pm, light switch on at 6.30pm.

ELLON - A Christmas Spectacular - Andre Rieu White Christmas, Sunday 3 at 6pm at the Victoria Hall Cinema. Tickets from www.victoriahallellon.co.uk/cinema.
