Pair charged over Moray thefts

TWO men aged 32 and 35 have been charged in relation to acquisitive crime including a number of thefts by housebreaking in the Elgin and Moray area.

The incidents all happened since December last year.The pair will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.

Detective Constable Robbie Williams said: "Acquisitive crime will not be tolerated and we continue to urge residents to report any concerns or suspcioius behaviour to police on 101.

"We also urge residents to always ensure that their windows and doors are locked at all times."
