With a number of councillors set to stand down, there is likely to be a much changed administration a the helm of the local authority.

They include Keith-Cullen councillors Gary Coull and Stewart Cree.

Cllr Cree, the council leader, and SNP group leader Gary Coull are both part of a cross-party team putting together a business plan for 2017-2022 to give the incoming administration a head start.

Cllr Cree said: "It has been said time and again that extremely challenging times lie ahead and it is in everyone's interest that we pull together for the good of Moray."

Cllr Coull added: "It is also important that we ensure that those elected in May can hit the ground running."
