Bella's Chinese Lessons

A CHINESE student has been treating local school pupils to a taste of the Orient.

Through the Confucius Classroom Initiative, Zhang Chi (25), known as Bella, will spend a year teaching the Chinese language and culture in schools throughout Moray. She will spend time each week at St Thomas’s and Keith Primary schools.

Bella has been teaching Mandarin, Chinese songs and traditions including Chinese calligraphy and Chinese New Year.
