Conservatives hold West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine

The Conservatives have held the West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine seat after Andrew Bowie won the seat with 22,752 votes.

With a majority of 843 he retained his place at Westminster ahead of the SNP's Fergus Mutch who took 21,909 votes, Liberal Democrat John Waddell on 6253 and Labour's Paddy Coffield who received 2431 votes.

The General Election 2017 results saw a Conservative gain from the SNP

Conservative - Andrew Bowie, 24,704.

Scottish National Party - Stuart Donaldson, 16,755.

Labour - Barry Black, 5706.

Liberal Democrat - John Waddell, 4461.
