A HUNTLY singer songwriting duo are looking for a big break in 2017.

Friends and bandmates Michael Forsyth and Mark Johnston will be the support act for Sandi Thom when she headlines the Stewart's Hall in Huntly in February.

Their album Stop the World was an iTunes hit in 2016 and they are now working with US-based music producer Danny Saber.

Their video for single Escape the World was filmed in Huntly.

The duo, supported by musician friends Scott Dingwall, Alan Shearer and Sam Coombes, are looking to do more gigs in 2017 with new material.
