The first turf has been cut and work is now underway to construct 58 new homes and a new 40-bed nursing home in collaboration with Craigard Care Ltd.

Deveron Construction, which is part of Deveron Group, has been appointed to carry out extensive infrastructure works in order to activate the first phase in readiness for the launch of house sales in late May.

Alan Murray, managing director of Deveron Group, said: “We’re very pleased this important phase of works has begun.

“As a key element of our development masterplan we’ve made a strident effort to address the needs of the local market by creating a range of luxury bungalows and a later phase of budget homes for first timers and young families.”

Deveron Construction undertakes a variety of external construction projects and is currently involved in residential developments in Fife, Highlands, Perthshire and Aberdeenshire.
