A96 at Huntly has re-opened

THE A96 at Huntly has now reopened following a collision this morning.

A car and a lorry were involved in the mid-morning incident following heavy snow in the area.

The front of the car had connected with the side of the lorry.

Local diversions were in place while casualties were treated at the scene. There were no serious injuries.

The police have urged people to take care in the difficult driving conditions.
