WORK (Findochty/Buckie) - Peacefully, with his family by his side, after a long illness, at Dr. Gray's Hospital, Elgin, on Thursday, November 30th, 2023, Magnus, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary (née Geddes), loving dad of Susan, Jennifer and the late Alison, respected father-in-law of Sandy and Neil, devoted granda of Richard, Christopher, Nicholas, Charlotte and Morven, doting great-granda of Sam, Erin and Layla, also a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many. Burial service to be held at Buckie New Cemetery, on Friday, December 15th, at 11.00am, followed by a celebration of Magnus' life immediately after, at Buckie Baptist Church, for 11.45am, to which all are welcome. Family flowers only please, donations, if so desired, may be given in lieu, in aid of Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland, at the Church doors. Black attire not necessary. Magnus will be sorely missed.
