ROY (Huntly). The family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support following the recent sad loss of Jane, a much loved mother, mother-in-law, granny and great-granny. Heartfelt thanks to the carers from North-East Community Care during her time at home at Benmarik and subsequently to the excellent staff at Scott's Hospital Eventide Home in Huntly, as well as to the Community and Marie Curie Nurses for the care and attention provided over the last few weeks. Special thanks to Colin and the staff at Ian Esslemont Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of the funeral arrangements, to Rev Carol Ford and Rev Hugh Watt for providing such a personal and moving funeral service and to the Atholl Hotel, Aberdeen for providing welcome refreshments. We are also extremely grateful for the generous donations received in aid of the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit at Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen.
