HERBERTSON - (Aberdeen/Keith). Drew, Ann, Alan and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy and support they have received following the sad loss of Bob, their much loved dad, granda and father-in-law. "There are no words to convey our deep gratitude to all of the staff of Laurels Lodge Care Home, Aberdeen for taking him into your hearts and making his two years there happy ones. The tender, loving care he received in his last weeks was truly exceptional and the support we received was immense". Grateful thanks to the Rev. Amy Bender for the lovely service; to Frank S McLean & Son, Funeral Directors, for all the guidance and support, to Silverspoon Catering for the lovely refreshments and to Keith Golf Club for hosting their most senior honorary life member one last time. Finally, thank you to everyone who paid their last respects at the service and joined us afterwards at the Golf Club, Bob would have been fair chuffed! The generous donations of £500 will be donated to Laurels Lodge Residents Fund. One of life's Gentlemen, and a fine mannie till the end o' his days.
