Four-legged locals had some festive fun at the annual doggy Christmas party, raising money for a good cause in the process.
The dogs who join the party came in all different sizes, breeds and ages.
The event, organised by Ellon And District Dog Care And Obedience Club, took place in Victoria Hall and has been a staple in Ellon's social calendar for almost three decades.
As well as enjoying treats and time to hang out with their friends, all of the dogs got to meet Santa, who presented them with a wee present.
They also played some party games and there was a prize for best dressed dog - there were some snacks for their humans to enjoy too!
The party this year raised £300 for the local charity Until Every Dog Has A Home, which works to rescue and rehome dogs in Aberdeenshire.
The charity particularly focusses on troubled dogs.
