Man arrested in connection with car fire

A 23-year-old man was arrested following a report of a burnt out car near Auchnagatt on Wednesday.

No-one was injured in the incident.

A report is to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal relating to various road traffic offences.

Peterhead Policing Team Sergeant Diane Macdonald said: "We would like to thank the local community for their help in this matter and their assistance in our investigation."
