Workshop seeks to hone Moray firms' recruitment skills

MORAY firms seeking to add to their workforces are being invited to a special recruitment hints and tips workshop.

Run by Developing the Young Workforce (DYW), the workshop will cover latest recruitment tips and processes.

On hand to guide employers expertly through the session Lorraine Westley, owner of Recruitment Bee. With over two decades of recruitment experience, she is a trusted expert in crafting recruitment strategies for organisations of all sizes from various sectors, including Accounts and Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Project Management, Hospitality and more.

During the workshop, Lorraine will guide attendees through the recruitment process, offering her expert tips at each stage to help firms maximise the potential of their candidates. Topic areas will include: Human Resource Planning, Job Analysis, Attracting Candidates, Pre-Selection, Assessing Candidates and The Selection Decision.

The workshop will also be a chance for employers to meet others looking to recruit staff.

This workshop is open to anyone who wants to learn more about recruitment tips.

Tea and coffee will be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their lunch with them.

The workshop takes place on Monday, October 30 from 12.30pm to 2pm at UHI Moray.
