Road closures for Buckie area

A NUMBER of roads are set to be closed over the next week in the Buckie area.

The U8E Enzie to Cunninghaugh road from the south side junction with the A98 is due to have a convoy system operating over July 12-14 due to resurfacing work.

A convoy system will also be in operation at the A98 Tynet junction – which is being resurfaced – over the same days

Emergency road repairs will see the C11L road from Drybridge to Deskford south of Greens of Blairock closed until July 25. A diversion via roads C11L, U59L, B9018 and C11L will be in place.

Over July 10-12 Berrybauds Road at Clochan between Bruinnach Farm and the crossroads will be shut due to carriageway resurfacing.

Starting on July 17 and running to July 21 tree cutting will see a diversion put in place on Wellshead Road, Enzie between U8E and U70L. Drivers are advised use a route taking in U8E, A98 and U70L.

The long-term closure of the Findochty Harbour road is set to continue to August 31 due to road structure repairs and road resurfacing.

Drivers should use Commerical Street.
