Record year ahead for Speyside Way Race

A RECORD number of local runners look set to tackle the gruelling 35.5 mile Speyside Way Race ultramarathon this August.

A total of 104 runners have already thrown their hats into the ring ahead of the August 19 event, which will get underway from Cragganmore distillery near Ballindalloch before the welcoming sight of the finishing tape at the Speyside Way start/terminus in Buckie.
