Quiet week of fish landings at Buckie Harbour

WITH many of the local boats away fishing for squid off Macduff, it was a quiet week on the fish landings front at Buckie Harbour.

In all, five boats landed 120 boxes of fish/prawns/squid and 47 bags of clams. This compares with 237 boxes and 26 bags the week before.

The vessels landing were: Emerald Dawn; Our May; Lily Oak VI; Chloe Ello; Osprey.

No cargo boats called at Buckie last week.
