FUN was name of the game at Findochty Primary recently when the school held its annual sports day.

The playing fields beckoned for pupils and staff alike with the weather playing its part in making the event a thoroughly enjoyable day

There was a wide variety of games and activities in the offing for the whole school.

In addition to the likes of the keenly contested flat race, the youngsters enjoyed some other traditional sports day favourites such as the sack race and the three-legged race, both of which sparked much hilarity.
