PET OF THE WEEK: Sweet Maple hoping to trot off to her forever home

MAPLE is a lovely mare who is looking for her forever home.

She is currently being cared for by the Scottish SPCA Aberdeenshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

This lady is an approximately nine-year-old Connemara cross who is around 14.2hh.

Maple loves attention and will be first to come and greet you in the field, she loves a groom and is good for the farrier. The society believe Maple has been a ridden pony in the past, therefore there is potential for her to be ridden pony in the future, however this comes with no guarantees.

She is looking for a knowledgeable home who has experience with educating young horses and backing.

Maple currently lives out 24/7 with both mares and geldings however has been stabled in the past with no issues.
